INDUSTRY: we are industry-agnostic with successful ventures in services, consumer goods, and manufacturing sectors; we are primarily metric-focused and avoid hype-driven concepts lacking solid logical operating plans
SIZE: we focus on building, growing, and exiting the full spectrum of Lower Middle Market companies (Bootstrapped, Startups, and Small Businesses)
GEOGRAPHY: we primarily invest our resources in companies within the United States, but remain open to sound partnerships in many countries
Capital Introductions
Connections that count. Ultimately, when we have fully vetted and confirmed a company’s value, we consider capital introductions. Raising funds and bringing in external partners needs to be supported by a clear operating plan and the development of solid relationships. Due to the growth of cloud services, there are lower barriers to market entry which means less capital is required to reach critical milestones. Funding in any form should be used strategically to start, grow, scale, and exit—versus investing in distressed situations. We will facilitate important introductions with the potency to positively change the course of a company after key criteria have been met.
